FAQs:
- How do I check my order status?
A confirmation will be sent to you through email as soon as the order is dispatched. If you have a registered account on our website, you can track your order status in the Order History section. You can also track your parcel by using a tracking number provided in the email.
- Can I change my delivery address once the order has successfully been placed?
Unfortunately no. However, in case that the delivery should fail, your order will return to our warehouse and you can be reimbursed within 14 days, depending on the timing offered by your bank.

- What are the shipping times and costs?
Please note: Orders are only processed during working days (9:00a.m. - 6:30p.m. , GMT+8).
Since deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, they will be made on the following working day.
